Marina Funatana is in Istria, between Poreč in the north and Vrsar in the south. The port is well protected from all winds, except from the west and north-west. When sailing towards the marina, we must pay attention to the shoals around the island of Veli Školj, and especially to the two shoals between the island of Veli Školj and the mainland, which are marked with the cardinal signs NORTH. The depth of the sea in the marina is between 1.5 m in the east and a maximum of 4 m on the northern breakwater. Maina has 220 berths in the sea and 40 on land. The marina has a restaurant, reception, toilets, bar, laundry and nautical service. The nearest gas station is in Vrsar, which is a 2 nmi sailing distance, or in Poreč, which is a 3 nmi sailing distance away.
