Ist

Port Ist is in northern part of bay Siroka on island Ist. Bay is well protected against all winds except from the south side. 30 moorings are available on the pier. They are equipped with electrical inlets. In eastern part of the bay there are 30 concrete blocks on seabed. Anchoring is possible with your own line. Water depths are between 3 and 5 m. When concession is given for the anchorage, mooring buoys are available. Anchoring on the mooring buoy is a matter of charge and anchoring on your own anchor is prohibited 150 m from the anchorage. In eastern part seabed is rocky and covered with thin layer of sand. Anchor doesn't hold well. In western part of the bay, seabed is sandy and the anchor holds well.

IN the port there are multiple restaurants, shops and bars. We recommend a hike to the highest point of the island called Straza. Views in all directions are spectacular.
