Prtlog is a deep bay on the eastern side of Istria. It measures almost 1 nmi in length. The depths of the sea in the extreme northwestern part are between 1 and 10 m, while in the remaining part the depths are between 10 and 40 m. We can anchor on our own anchor. The bottom is sandy and holds the anchor well. The bay is protected from all winds except the south. In the western part, at a distance of about 20 m from the shore, there is a cher, which is just below the water level (marked with + on the sketch). In the eastern part of the bay, below the village of Prtlog, a cable descends into the sea. Anchoring is prohibited at a distance of 300 m. There is no supply in the bay. The nearest inn is in the neighboring bay of Sveta Marina, and the nearest gas station is in the Cres marina.
