About
The port of Ika is on the eastern side of Istria in the Kvarner Bay. To the north is the marina Ičiči, and to the south is the port of Lovran. The port is well protected only from westerly winds. We can dock sideways on the northeast side of the pier, to the right of the lighthouse. There is enough space to moor 5-6 vessels. The south side is occupied by local vessels. Stern mooring buoys are installed and the bow is tied to the pier. Due to the many ropes, we do not recommend landing on this side. Depths along the pier are over 4 m. In the southern part of the port, on the inside of the breakwater, many mooring buoys are installed. They are all occupied by local vessels. Navigation is not recommended in this section. There is a crane for vessels with a carrying capacity of 5 t. At the head of the pier is a lighthouse with the characteristic R Fl 3s 7m 3M. There is a restaurant in the harbor. The nearest grocery store is 300 south, along the main road.
