About
The port of Smokvica on the island of Smokvica Vela in the Kornati National Park is well protected from all winds, except for the south. The island is only populated in the summer. Out of season, it is possible to land in the bay, but the taverns are closed. All berths in front of the taverns are equipped with moorings. There is also some space for a side landing. If you cannot find a berth, you can safely anchor on one of the floats in front of the port. The island is part of the Kornati National Park, so you need to buy a ticket for it. Tickets are cheaper in advance (purchased online). The purchase must be made one day before arrival.
