Nin

Port Nin is a small port in a pictures old town Nin. Since a town sits on a small island surrounded with shallow waters it is possible to navigate only with boats with max. 1 m draft. In case of strong bura (NE wind) the narrow passage on the northwest side of port can be shallower. Wind causes sand to pile in the passage and navigating through is not possible anymore. It is necessary to wait for passage to be deepened.
