Ploče

The port of Ploče is in the very center of the town of Ploče. We enter through a narrow passage between the red lighthouse no. 652.1 on the cape, which we must leave on our left, and the concrete shore of the cargo terminal on our right. We can land sideways on the eastern side of the port, in front of the gas station. The southern part of the port is reserved for the landing of the ferry that sails to Trpanj on the Pelješac peninsula. The depths in the port are between 4 and 8 m. There are several shops in the town, a pharmacy, a post office and a bank, but restaurants and bars around the port are mostly closed out of season. The gas station is in the port.
