Podgora

The port of Podgora is 5 nmi southeast of the town of Makarska. It is protected from all winds. The waves in the outer part of the port are caused by southern and western winds. The port has 240 berths, most of which are intended for municipal berths, while only 40 are intended for transit berths. The vessel can dock on the inner side of the breakwater or in the southeastern part on the fortified coast. The port has a boat launch, water and electricity connections, and garbage cans. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants and bars, as well as a self-service shop. The nearest gas station is in the port of Makarska, which is 5 nmi away.
