Slano

Slatina is a bay in the eastern part of island Olib. Bay is well protected against west and north winds. In case of bura (NE wind) or jugo (SE wind) it is not recommended to anchor in the bay. Water depths are between 0,5 m in the north western part to 8 m in south eastern part. Seamed is sandy in the middle of the bay and rocky closer to the shore. In sandy parts anchor holds well. Closer to the shore, where only a thin layer of sand covers the rock, the anchor holds purely.
