Sutivan

The port of Sutivan is on the northwestern side of the island of Brač. The harbor is well protected from all but northerly winds. The bura (northeastern wind) causes waves, a northerly wind causes a strong gale. The vessel can land on the inside of the northern breakwater, where moorings are available. There is space for 10 vessels, the other places are intended for communal mooring. We enter the port between the western and northern breakwater, at the head of which is a red lighthouse. In the harbor there are taverns, bars, shops and other offers of Sutivan.
