Kale Bay is located on the westernmost part of the island of Drvenik Veli. An underwater electric cable is laid through the southern part of the bay towards the island of Drvenik Mali. Anchoring within 300 m of the mark is prohibited. The bay is protected from southern and partly eastern winds. Sea depths range from 2 to 20 m.
