Lagan Veli

The islands of Veli and Mali Laganj are located on the northern side of the island of Dugi, a little less than a mile northwest of Cape Veli Rat. Between the islands, anchoring is possible at depths between 2 and 10 m. When sailing towards the islands, one must pay atention to the wreck Michele, which is 0.2 nmi northeast of the island of Lagan Veli. The islands do not offer any protection from waves. The bottom is sandy and in some places overgrown with sea grass. The anchor holds well in the sandy part.
