Malo Zarače

The bay of Malo Zarače is located on the southern side of the island of Hvar. It is well protected from eastern and partially from southern winds. The seabed in the bay is sandy and becomes rocky towards the shore. In the northeastern part, there are several large rocks in the water. Some of them are submerged, while others are visible. Extreme caution must be exercised when entering the bay. In the sandy part, the anchor holds well. The bay is not protected from the maestral (northwesterly wind).

There is a sandy beach in the bay, and two restaurants in the immediate vicinity. No concession has been granted for the bay. Anchoring on your own anchor and overnight stays do not need to be paid for. The nearest gas station and shop are in the town of Hvar, which is 4 nautical miles away.
