About
The Prtljug anchorage is on the western side of the island of Ugljan. It is well protected from all winds except the south. Depths are between 1 m in the north and 6 m in the south of the bay. The bottom in the northern part is rocky and covered with silt. In the middle, it is rocky and covered with a thin layer of sand. When anchoring, we must make sure that the anchor has a good grip. In the southern part of the bay, the middle part is covered with sand and the anchor holds well. There are no services in the bay and the surrounding area. The nearest inn is in the bay of Muline in the north of the island or in the town of Veli Iž on the island of Iž. The nearest gas station is in the city of Zadar. No concession has been granted for the anchorage. Anchoring is free of charge!
