Sonte is a nice bay in south western part of island Cres. It is just 1,5 nmi south of passage Osor and it is an ideal bay to stay for the night in case of passing Osor in the morning. Water depths in the bay are between 1,5 and 5 m. At the entrance it is only 3 to 3,5 m. If you have a draft of 3 m or more, don't enter the bay. Seabed is sandy and the anchor holds well.
