Sveti Nikola

Bay Sveti Nikola is on the south-east side of island Krk in Senjska vrata passage. It is well protected against north and west winds. In case of bura (NE-wind) leave the bay on time. Bura causes high waves in the bay and anchoring or leaving the bay in strong bura wind is dangerous. Seabed is sandy and the anchor holds well. Water depths are between 2 and 10 m. In eastern part of the bay there are some rocks reaching over the waterline and some under the waterline. Caution at navigation. There is a nice sandy beach in the bay.
