Vanjska Bay is on the northwest side of the island of Kaprije. The bay is very well protected from eastern and southern winds. Northern and western winds cause waves. We can anchor at depths between 2 and 10 m. The bottom is sandy and the anchor holds well. There is no offer in the bay. The nearest restaurant is on the neighboring island of Kakan, which is 1.5 nmi away, or in the port of Kaprije, which is 2 nmi away. The nearest gas station is in Vodice, which is 7 nmi away. There is no concession granted for the anchorage and there is no charge for anchoring at your own anchor.
