Vela Smokova is a bay on the east side of island Vis. It is well protected against all winds except northeast side. Seabed is sandy in parts cowered with sea grass. The anchor holds well.
CAUTION AT NAVIGATON
When sailing from north side to the bay, keep east of Pločica rock. Water depth between island is only 2m in the middle of the passage.
