Viča

The anchorage of Viča, or Nautical anchorage of Bobovišče as it is officially called, is located in the bay above the small port of Bobovišče. The anchorage is well protected from all winds. Smaller waves are caused by gales and mistrals. The anchorage has a concession. 32 buoys according to the MANTA RAY ANCHOR SYSTEM are installed in the anchorage. When anchoring, the bow of the vessel must be tied to the buoy. There is also a mooring on it, to which we tie the stern of the vessel. Thus, the vessel will not turn when moored. How to sail to the anchorage and moor the vessel is shown in picture no. 9. In the immediate vicinity of the Viča anchorage is the port of Bobovišča, which has two taverns, a shop and a bar. There is also a shower and toilet in the port. Garbage collection is organized. Anchorage in the bay is chargeable!
