About
Zaglavič Bay is located in the northeast of the island of Dugi. The bay is well protected from northern and western winds. It is protected from northern winds by Cape Zaglavič, whose peak is 41 m high. In the southern part, the bay is protected from southern winds. The bottom of the bay is sandy, in some places overgrown with grass. The depth of the sea increases rapidly, so it is best to anchor in the far northwestern part of the bay, where the depths are from 2 to 8 m. As you move away from the coast towards the southeast, the depth quickly increases to 15 m and more. The depth of the sea at the stern of the vessel in the photographs is 3 m. There is no offer in the bay. The nearest restaurant and self-service shop are in Božava, and the nearest gas station is in the city of Zadar, which is 15 nmi away. A concession has been granted for the bay. There is no need to pay for anchoring on your own anchor.
