Zukova

Zukova Anchorage is located on the northern side of the island of Hvar. The bay is extremely deep and offers protection from all winds except northern ones. However, you can take shelter from northern winds in the individual arms of the bay on the western or eastern side. Sea depths range between 2 and 20 meters, reaching over 30 meters in the northern part of the bay. The seabed in the bay is sandy, and the anchor holds well.

Mooring buoys for local vessels are installed in the southeastern and southwestern arms. There are no facilities or services offered in the bay. The nearest tavern is in Veli Dolac Bay, and the nearest gas station is in the port of Bol on the island of Brač, which is only 5 nautical miles away. No concession has been granted for the bay, so anchoring on your own anchor and staying overnight is free of charge.
