Ježevica

The Ježevica channel runs between the island of Korčula on the western side and the islands of Badija, Planjak, Kamenjak and Vrnik on the eastern side. The narrowest part is between the island of Korčula and the island of Vrnik. The passage is only 100 m wide. The depth of the sea is 5.4 m in the middle of the passage. When sailing through the passage, we must stick to the middle part. The depth of the sea decreases towards the coast, but at a distance of 20 m from the coast it is already 4 m. During the summer months, heavy traffic passes through the canal. When sailing, follow the rules for sailing through straits.
