Zavalatica

Zavalatica is a small port on the south side of the island of Korčula. The vessel can be landed sideways on the inside of the breakwater. The depth at the head of the jetty is 2m and falls rapidly towards the shore. We can anchor in front of the harbor at depths between 2 and 10 m. The bottom is sandy towards the shore and rocky. It holds the anchor well in the sand. The depth of the sea is increasing rapidly. In the bay there is an inn, a shop, a bar and a launch pad. The nearest gas station is in the town of Ubli on the island of Lastovo, which is 14 nautical miles away, in the port of Korčula, which is 17 nautical miles away, or in Vela Luka on the eastern side of the island of Korčula, which is 18 nautical miles away.
