About

Port Gacice is on the east side of Kaprije island. The water depth at the dock is form 3m on the head to 1 m in at the shore. In front of the port it is possible to anchor. The seabed is sandy near the island Oštrica it is rocky. There is a restaurant in the bay. The nearest shop is in the port Kaprije, walking distance. Regularly a water tanker comes to the port to unload fresh water. At the time the docking is possible only in the west part.

Navidezno daje vtis zaščite ob Jugu. A temu ni tako. Visokega vala res ni, se pa vzdolž zaliva že naredijo manjši ki barko, ob bočnem privezu, konkretno tiščijo ob pomol.
V primeru Burje pa otok Oštrica nudi delni zaklon za mogoče dve manjši plovili.

Sidrišče je kar izpostavljeno vetrovo in valovnaju. Priporočljivo v stabilnem vremenu z malo vetra.
