Nozdra Vela

The anchorage Nozdrav Vela is on the southeastern side of the island of Kaprije. The anchorage is well protected from the north and west winds by a high hill, while the bay is open to the south winds and the bora. In the case of a south wind, anchoring is not recommended. In this case, we recommend anchoring in the port of Kaprije. A concession has been granted for the anchorage. Buoys are available for mooring. Anchoring is prohibited from the anchorage to the shore and 150 m into the open sea. The sea depth in the bay is between 3 and 17 meters.
