Poplat

Poplat Bay is on the western side of the island of Korčula. It is well protected from all winds except the west. It has two parts. Larger on the eastern side and smaller on the southeast. In both, we can anchor at depths between 2 and 10 m. Bottom is sandy, in parts covered with sea grass. Anchor holds well. The coast is rocky and offers many possibilities for mooring the stern. There is a small beach in the bay. There sre no services provided. The nearest restaurant and shop is in the town of Vela Luka, which is 2.5 nmi away.
