Tratinska anchorage is on the northwestern side of the island of Žirje. The bay is well protected from all winds except the south. In the extreme northern part of the bay, it is also partially protected towards the south. Mooring buoys are installed in the bay. The depths are between 2 m in the northern part and up to 40 m in the southern part. A concession has been granted for the bay, so it is necessary to pay for mooring even if you are at your own anchor. Anchoring is prohibited in the anchorage, from the anchorage to the shore and 150 m out to sea. There is a guest house in the bay, and the other is along the road leading to the Mikavica bay, about 400 m into the interior of the island. Garbage collection is organized in the anchorage. The nearest gas station is in Vodice, which is 12 nmi by boat.
