Travnica

Two small bays are located on the eastern side of Cape Travnica, in the immediate vicinity of the port of Valun on the island of Cres. The bays are protected from southern and western winds. Sea depths range between 2 and 10 meters. The seabed is sandy, and the anchor holds well. Both bays feature beautiful sandy beaches. The bays are suitable for daytime swimming, but for overnight stays only in fine weather, as they do not offer sufficient shelter from the winds. There are no facilities available. The nearest restaurant is in the port of Valun, while the nearest gas station is in Cres Marina, a 4-nautical-mile sail away.
