About

Veli Žal is a small port 2 nmi west from town Rab. It is well protected against all winds except from the south side. Docking is possible at a small dock. There is place only for 2 boats. In the western part in bay Jelenovica it is possible to anchor. Water depths are between 2 and 8 m. Seabed is sandy and the anchor holds well.
