Sveta Fumija

Anchorage of St. Fumija is in a bay west of the town of Rab on the island of Rab. The bay is long and ends with a shallow water in the northwestern part. There are several small bays in the bay on the western and eastern sides, where it is possible to anchor safely. The bay is protected from all winds, except from the south. The water depths range from 10 meters on the southern side to 2 meters on the northern side. The bottom is sandy and in parts overgrown with marine vegetation. The anchor holds well in the sandy part. Anchoring in the shallow water, north of the pier, is not recommended. The nearest tavern, bar and gas station are in the port of Rab. There is no concession granted for the bay. Anchoring on your own anchor is free!
