About
Kosirača is a small bay on the westernmost part of the Pelješac peninsula, next to the town of Lovište. The bay is partially protected from northern and eastern winds. The sea depths are between 1 and 5 m. The bottom is sandy, but rocky towards the coast. The anchor holds well only in the part where the sand layer is thick enough. There are no services in the bay. The nearest tavern is in Lovište, which is only 0.5 nmi away. The nearest gas station is in the town of Korčula on the island of Korčula, which is 8 nmi away. No concession has been granted for the anchorage. There is no charge for anchoring on your own anchor.
